(A) Wherever the village has erected a recycling drop off facility, members of the public shall only drop off those materials which are designated as being accepted by appropriate signage. All such materials shall be put into the designated containers.
(B) It shall be illegal to deposit any materials other than those deemed as accepted by signage into the containers and/or leave such materials in or around the recycling drop off facility.
