903.01. Acceptance of streets, etc.
   All lots and lands within the City heretofore dedicated or in any wise given or intended to be given to the City for use as streets, alleys, parks or any other public use, are hereby accepted and confirmed.

903.02. Removal of earth, etc., from streets, etc.
   No person shall dig, remove or carry away, or cause to be dug, removed or carried away, any stone, earth, sand or gravel, from any street, lane, alley or public ground, or remove, injure, deface or destroy the plank, brick or pavement of any street, sidewalk, alley or public ground of the City for any purpose whatever, except the same be done under the provisions of an ordinance of the City.

903.03. Manholes, when to be opened.
   No manhole in a street shall be opened without permission from the Director of Public Service, and when opened at any time shall be properly guarded and marked to notify the public of such opening.
