301.27. Owner.
   "Owner" includes any person, firm or corporation other than a manufacturer, dealer or lienholder having title to or other right to possession of a motor vehicle, except that in Section 335.08 it includes in addition manufacturers and dealers.

301.28. Park or parking.
   "Park or parking" means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading property or passengers.
301.29. Parking meter.
   "Parking meter" means a device which sets an interval of time when an appropriate coin of United States currency is inserted and thereafter displays the remaining time a vehicle may be parked until a signal indicates that such interval has elapsed.

301.30. Parking space.
   "Parking space" means an area which:
   (a)   Is located where parking is lawfully permitted, either along a roadway edge or in an off-street facility;
   (b)   Is sized to adequately store one passenger car, except as may be otherwise posted and/or marked;
   (c)   May be designated by placement of a parking meter and/or pavement markings.

301.31. Pedestrian.
   "Pedestrian" means any natural person afoot.

301.32. Pedicab.
   "Pedicab" means a human-propelled vehicle controlled by an operator and designed for the transporting of passengers.

301.33. Person.
   "Person" means every natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation.
