"Shared-use path" means a specially designed and designated path outside the traveled way and physically separated from motorized vehicular traffic by an open space or barrier and within the limited-access highway known as the Anthony Wayne Trail declared in Section 331.30. A shared-use path also may be used by pedestrians, including skaters, joggers, users of manual and motorized wheelchairs, bicycles, and other authorized motorized and non-motorized users.
