Chief Officers and other members of this Bargaining Unit who are on short term military training duty shall be paid the difference between their regular rate of pay and the pay they receive from military service for such period for up to thirty-one (31) calendar days in any year. This pay is not for the purpose of attending monthly organizational or training meetings in a reserve unit.
