Before any fire alarm, detection, or fire suppression system is installed, enlarged, extended or altered in any way, plans and specifications shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Toledo Fire and Rescue Department or his designee. The Ohio Fire Code adopted under Section 1511.01 is modified by this enactment, amendment or deletion of the following provisions as respectfully indicated which changes are hereby adopted as set forth herein.
