There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, that certain code known as the Ohio Fire Code, currently adopted edition, published by the International Code Council, Inc., Falls Church, Virginia, subject to the modifications provided under Section 1511.03. It is the intent of this adoption to include all revisions as published and/or amended.
