959.09. Speed limit.
   No vehicle shall be driven faster than fifteen miles per hour within the Municipal cemeteries.

959.10. Hours.
   The Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry shall determine at what hour and for what purposes the Municipal cemeteries may be open to the public.

959.11. Defacing memorials.
   No person shall write upon, cut, break, discolor or otherwise deface or injure any memorials, fence, building or any other structure within the Municipal cemeteries.

959.12. Obstructing official business.
   No person shall resist the officer in charge of any Municipal cemetery in the execution of his duties, or refuse or neglect to obey such officer's lawful directions.

959.13. Discharging firearms.
   No person shall discharge a firearm within the Municipal cemeteries except as part of an officially conducted military funeral.

959.14. Maintaining appearance.
   Any tree, shrub, marker or monument that becomes a detriment to the general appearance of a Municipal cemetery grounds or a public nuisance may be removed by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry without any liability on the part of the City.

959.15. Minors restricted.
   No person under eighteen years of age shall be permitted within Municipal cemeteries unless accompanied by a guardian or parent.
