(A) Whenever any animal shall bite any person, the Director of the County Board of Health may order that animal quarantined. No owner or person in custody or possession of such animal shall fail to comply with such quarantine order. All expenses incurred for the keeping of such animal or the necessary tests to determine whether rabies exists, shall be borne exclusively by the owner or keeper of such animal.
(B) No person having knowledge of the existence of any rabies, or the fact that any animal has bitten any other person, shall fail to immediately report such to the Police Department.

(A) The owner or keeper of any member of a species of the animal kingdom that escapes from the owner’s or keeper’s custody or control and that is not indigenous to this state or presents a risk of serious physical harm to persons or property, or both, shall, within one hour after the owner or keeper discovers or reasonably should have discovered the escape, report it to a law enforcement officer of the municipality and the sheriff of the county where the escape occurred, and the Clerk of the Legislative Authority where the escape occurred.
(B) If the office of the Clerk of the Legislative Authority is closed to the public at the time a report is required by division (A) of this section, it is sufficient compliance with division (A) of this section if the owner or keeper makes the report within 1 hour after the office is next open to the public.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 90.02 shall be fined not more than $25. Whoever violates any provision of § 90.04 shall be fined not more than $10.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 90.01(A) shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25.
(C) Whoever violates § 90.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(D) Whoever violates § 90.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.

(E) Whoever violates any provision of § 90.09 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 and the prosecution costs, and upon refusal or failure to pay such fine shall be committed to the jail until the fine is paid or otherwise discharged by process of law.
(F) Whoever violates § 90.10 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(G) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than $50.
