The Planning Board is established by Charter Section 8.02. Membership shall consist of 5 citizen members who shall serve a 3-year term. The terms of the members appointed to the Board shall be staggered in such a manner so that all terms do not expire at the same time whenever possible. The City Council shall make the appointments in such a manner, whenever possible, so that such terms are staggered.
