In addition to any other authority granted to the Planning Board by charter, ordinance, or state law, the Planning Board shall have the following powers and duties related to these regulations:
(1) Review and make decisions on minor subdivisions when such application is forwarded to the Planning Board by the Zoning Administrator as specified in § 155.03(C)(4)(d)(vi);
(2) Review and make decisions on the preliminary plat of major subdivisions as specified in § 155.03(D);
(3) Review and make decisions on the final plat and improvement drawings of major subdivisions as specified in § 155.03(D);
(4) Review and make decisions on requests for modifications of certain provisions of these regulations as specified in § 155.03(E).
(5) Perform any other duties related to the administration and enforcement of these regulations as authorized by the charter, these regulations, and the Ohio Revised Code.
