§ 124.246 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)    It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate a service station without having first obtained a license therefor.
   (B)    The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
   (C)    No license shall be issued unless the location and equipment to be used fully comply with the ordinances of the village.
