§ 124.999 PENALTY.

   (A)    Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, unless otherwise provided, shall be fined not to exceed $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues; or a jail sentence as deemed appropriate, but not greater than six months.

   (B)    Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 124.215 through 124.217 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
