§ 124.186 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall keep, conduct, or operate a livery stable, or carry on the business of a livery stable-keeper or keeper of horses in the village without first having obtained a license therefor.

(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
