§ 124.160 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of house moving, raising, or shoring without first having secured a license therefor. Applications for these licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk.

(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
