(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association, or corporation to build, construct, open, conduct, manage, or maintain any hospital or immediate care center as herein defined within the corporate limits of the municipality without first obtaining a license therefor from the President and Board of Trustees.
(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
