§ 124.125 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) It shall be unlawful to maintain a funeral home or undertaking establishment or to engage in business as a funeral director or mortician within the village without first having obtained a license therefor as herein provided.

(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
