(A) License required.
(1) No person, firm, or corporation shall conduct, operate, or maintain any dry cleaning establishment in the village without first securing a license therefor as is herein required.
(2) Applications for the licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall be referred to the Fire Marshal. The Fire Marshal shall investigate or cause to be investigated the premises intended to be used, and shall report the result of the investigation to the President and Board of Trustees of the village before the issuance of a license.
(3) No license shall be issued to any person, firm, or corporation not complying with all of the provisions of this subchapter, with the provisions of the building code, and all ordinances relating to flammable liquids.
(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
