(A) Each applicant for a license to operate or maintain an auto court or motel shall file an application with the Village Clerk, and shall state thereon the name and address of the applicant, name and address of the owner or manager thereof, location of the auto court or motel, and the maximum number of persons and vehicles to be accommodated.
(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
