(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not to exceed $500 for each offense or jail sentence as deemed appropriate, but not greater than six months. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any owner or person who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists or opposes the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 116.50 through 116.60, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
