§ 51.999 PENALTY.

   (A)    Any person who shall continue any violation of this chapter beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.998(A), shall be guilty of a punishable violation, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (B)    Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.075 through 51.083, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation, plus the cost of action. Each day that a violation continues shall deem to be a separate offense.
