§ 51.083 ESCROW OF SUFFICIENT SUM TO INSURE ALL REQUIREMENTS MET.

No permit for a Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago Sewerage System permit will be approved by the village until that time, as the applicant, for the permit, shall have escrowed a sum sufficient, as determined by the Village Engineer, to insure the completion of the construction of any retention pond as may be required by this subchapter.
