(A) Whenever any permit for a connection with the sewerage system of the village is issued, only a licensed plumber or designated agent of the Waterworks and Sewerage Department shall tap the sewer main of the system, where the connection is to be made, and the work shall be subject to approval by the plumbing inspector, or such other officer designated by the President and Board of Trustees of the village before it shall be covered.
(B) No plumber shall allow his name to be used by any other person or party directly or indirectly for the purpose of obtaining permits or doing any work under his license.
