§ 51.006 OBSTRUCTING DRAINAGE DITCHES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place any obstruction in any drainage ditch or any public street or other public place in the village, in such a manner as to impede the flow of stormwater or surface water along the drainage ditch.
