§ 36.05 RETURNED CHECKS DUE TO NONSUFFICIENT FUNDS; FEE.

A fee, as adopted by the Village Board and listed in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule (Tinley Park Code of Ordinances, Table of Special Ordinances, Table XI), will be assessed to the remitter for any check that is returned to the village by its depository due to nonsufficient funds, closed accounts or insufficient credit.
