CHAPTER 37: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
   The village will treat all requests for public documents as requests made pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 ILCS 140/1, et seq. The village shall further process all said requests in accordance with FOIA. The village shall further take all necessary steps, including the appointment of FOIA officers, to adhere to the requirements of FOIA.
