§ 36.02 ANNUAL BUDGET.
   The village adopts ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 §§ 8-2-9.1 through 8-2- 9.10 to provide for the adoption of an annual municipal budget, in lieu of an annual appropriation ordinance.
