The city is authorized to impose impact fees under Montana Code Annotated 7-6-1601 through 7-6-1604. The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to limit the power of the city to use any other methods or powers otherwise available for accomplishing the purposes set forth in this chapter, either in substitution or in conjunction with this chapter, provided that such methods or powers are not inconsistent with or prohibited by this chapter or Montana Code Annotated 7-6-1602 through 7-6-1604.
