A. Prohibition: It shall be illegal and unlawful for any owner or occupant of any real estate lot within the city to install a sand point well or any other device which utilizes subterranean water in such a manner that the sand point well or water system will be connected at any point to the water system of the city or the individual water system of any occupant of real estate within the city.
B. Disconnection of System by City: In addition to the penalty herein, the City may disconnect, at the curb stop, the individual water system from the central water system of the City.
C. Penalty: A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine as provided for in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Under the provisions of this section, each twenty four (24) hour period in which the sand point well or other device is connected to the water system shall constitute a separate violation.
