9-1-3: TENANTS RECEIVING DISCONNECT NOTICE:
   A.   Tenants who receive a disconnect notice two (2) times within their residency on the landowner's property will no longer have the water and/or sewer account in their own name; the account will be placed in the landowner's name and become the responsibility of the landowner.
   B.   Any utility customer that receives a disconnect notice will be required to pay the account balance in full by the disconnect date or the water and/or sewer service will be turned off. (Ord. 300-07-08, 8-11-2008)
