9-1-1: INTEREST:
The city council does hereby assess an interest rate of one and one-half percent (11/2%) a month on all utility bills that remain unpaid on the twenty first day of each month. Payment is due the twentieth day of each month and the interest shall commence on the first day after payment is due. (Ord. 295-06-07, 10-10-2006)
