8-6-3: PARK PROPERTY; REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED:

The City Council shall have the right to adopt reasonable regulations governing the use of the public parks in the city, and no person shall violate any of such regulations. The Council appoints the Mayor, or his/her designee, to administer the general provisions of this section. (Ord. 382-2018, 9-11-2018; amd. Ord. 382-2018, 8-28-2018)
