7-1-4: GOVERNMENT VEHICLES:
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the operator of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States government, the State, the County, or the City, and it shall be unlawful for any said operator to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise herein provided. (1977 Code § 10.16.040)
