A. Adoption: All ordinances of the City relating to the regulation of traffic within the City are hereby revised and recodified by the adoption of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways as set forth in title 61, chapters 8 and 9, Montana Code Annotated, and as amended from time to time.
B. Copy On File: One full printed copy of the Act is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. The aforesaid Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully, for all intents and purposes, as though set forth herein at length.
