6-4C-3: VIOLATION; FINES IMPOSED:
   A.   Fines Imposed: Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a public offense and shall be fined as follows:
      1.   Upon a first conviction, a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be imposed.
      2.   Upon a second conviction within one year from the date of the first conviction, the fine shall be twice the amount of the fine for the first conviction.
      3.   Upon a third conviction within one year from date of the first conviction, the fine shall be four (4) times the amount of the fine for the first conviction.
      4.   Upon a fourth conviction within one year from the date of the first conviction, the fine shall be eight (8) times the amount of the fine for the first conviction.
   B.   Jail Sentence: In addition to the fines set forth above, any one conviction may include sentence in the Gallatin County jail for a period of not more than ten (10) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 209, 12-9-1986)
