A. Fines Imposed: Upon the first incident or violation of this chapter, a written notice or warning shall be given to a parent or guardian of the minor who is in violation of this chapter. Subsequent violation and conviction under this chapter shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second offense, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a third offense and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a fourth offense. Subsequent offenses shall have a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine imposed each time and the court may consider heavier financial or other penalties. (Ord. 316-09-10, 11-10-2009)
B. Youth Court: "Minors", as defined in section 6-3-4 of this chapter, may be cited into youth court upon violation of this chapter at the discretion of the law enforcement officer. (Ord. 234, 10-10-1995)
