6-3-4: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
   CITY: The local government of the city of Three Forks, Montana, and all of the area located within its geographical boundaries, and also the pond area and publicly owned property outside the city limits.
   CURFEW: A regulation establishing restrictions upon the time of day during which minor persons may appear on any of the streets or public places of the city of Three Forks, Montana.
   LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY: The offices of the city of Three Forks police department at 206 Main Street, Three Forks, Montana.
   MASCULINE GENDER: Shall include the feminine gender.
   MINOR: Any person who has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years.
   PARENT: Any person having legal custody of a minor: a) as a natural or adoptive parent; b) as a legal guardian; or c) as a person to whom legal custody has been given by order of court.
   PERSON: Any human being, male or female.
   PUBLIC PLACE: Any park, playground, schoolyard, pond area, or other publicly owned property within or outside the city limits.
   SINGULAR NUMBER: Shall include the plural number.
   STREET: Any public street, highway, sidewalk, alley, or other public way within the city of Three Forks, Montana. (Ord. 234, 10-10-1995; amd. 2000 Code; Ord. 313-09-10, 11-10-2009) !DEFEND!
