It shall be unlawful for any merchant, dealer, or person to have, keep or store in his ordinary place of business, any propane, butane or other liquid petroleum products or inflammable mixtures in large quantities or in unsafe vessels or containers or adjacent to habitable buildings so as to assure against possible injury to occupants of adjoining buildings and premises.
