5-2-4: GIANT POWDER AND DYNAMITE:
It shall be unlawful for any merchant, dealer, or person to have, store or keep in his ordinary place of business or elsewhere within the City limits or within one mile of the City limits any Giant powder or dynamite. (1977 Code § 7.04.050)
