5-2-3: COAL-OIL AND KEROSENE:
It shall be unlawful for any merchant, dealer, or person to have, keep or store in his ordinary place of business, within the fire limits, at any time, any coal-oil, kerosene, petroleum or any inflammable oils or any mixtures thereof in quantities greater than one hundred (100) gallons, and that in original packages or in an iron receptacle, tank or vessel, or one so constructed and of such material as to render said coal-oil, kerosene, petroleum or any inflammable oils or any mixtures thereof safe from danger of igniting, combustion or explosion.
