5-1-9: INTERFERING WITH OFFICIALS; INJURING PROPERTY:
   A.   Interfering With Officers Or Firefighters: It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully to interfere with any officer or firefighter, in the performance of his duty, at, going to, or returning from any fire, or while attending to his duties as a member of the fire department.
   B.   Driving Across Fire Hose; Injuring Alarm Equipment: It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully or negligently to drive any vehicle across, along or upon any hose when the same is in use for any purpose, or wilfully cut, deface, destroy or injure any telegraph wire, or pole or signal box used for the purpose of giving an alarm of fire, or any fire alarm telephone or any property belonging to the fire department.
