5-1-6: UNLAWFUL USE OF FIRE APPARATUS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to take out or remove from the firehouse, or any rooms where the same are kept, any ladders, trucks, or any other fire apparatus except in case of fire or under the direction of the chief or other officer in charge, or to mark, deface, or in any manner injure any of the fire apparatus used by the fire department. (1977 Code § 2.30.050)
