A. Name Of Organization: The organization shall be called the Three Forks volunteer fire department, and shall embrace the entire city.
B. Qualifications: The members thereof shall be citizens of the United States and residents of the city, and all vacancies therein shall be filled by a majority vote of the members of said organization, and each member shall continue as such while a resident of the city and have the physical ability to perform the duties of firefighter, unless sooner removed for cause.
