Sec. 5-29.11. Revocation of permits.
   A commercial cannabis business permit may be revoked for any violation of any law and/or any rule, regulation and/or standard adopted pursuant to Sections 5-29.13 and 5-29.14 or any Operations Agreement entered into between City and the selected Cannabis Retailer or Cannabis Testing Laboratory Operator. The process for revocation shall be made part of the Operations Agreement.
