Sec. 10-2.1005. Permit requirements and expiration.
   (a)   Permits shall require compliance with all applicable standards set forth in Section 10-2.1010.
   (b)   A permit shall expire six months from the date of issuance unless it is extended by the City. The City may grant one or more extensions of a permit, each for a period not to exceed six months, provided the permittee proves to the satisfaction of the City that circumstances beyond the control of the permittee make it infeasible to complete the permitted work prior to the expiration date. Annual permits for engineering test holes shall expire one year from the date of issuance and shall not be extended.
