Sec. 10-2.710. Street sweeping.
   Water for street sweeping operations shall be paid at a fixed rate per month per sweeper for unlimited use from fire hydrants. Payment shall be made in advance of water use and the fixed rate shall be as set by Council action. Each street sweeper shall at all times have a permit in the possession of the operator.
