(A) There are hereby established side setback lines of five feet from the property line of the individual. A person wishing to build any structure, permanent or nonpermanent, shall first obtain a building permit as set out in §§ 150.001 through 150.006, 150.020 through 150.023, 150.035 through 150.050, and 150.065 through 150.070. The property owner shall not set any structure less than five feet from his or her side property lines.
(B) There are hereby established back setback lines of ten feet from the property line of the individual. A person wishing to build or set any structure, permanent or nonpermanent, shall first obtain a building permit as set out in §§ 150.001 through 150.006, 150.020 through 150.023, 150.035 through 150.050, and 150.065 through 150.070. The property owner shall not set any structure less than ten feet from his or her back property line.
(C) There are hereby established front setback lines of 20 feet from the street line/right-of-way of the individual. A person wishing to build or set any structure, permanent or non-permanent, shall first obtain a building permit as set out in §§ 150.001 through 150.006, 150.020 through 150.023, 150.035 through 150.050, and 150.065 through 150.070. The property owner shall not set any structure less than 20 feet from his or her front street line/right-of-way.
