A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of any building or structure coming under this subchapter, the cost of which exceeds $1,000 using forms furnished by the Building Inspector, and all fees required by this subchapter shall be paid to the Clerk/Treasurer of the town.
