(A) Waste from showers, bathtubs, flush toilets, urinals, lavatories, slop sinks and laundries in service and other buildings within each mobile home park shall be discharged into a public sewer system in compliance with applicable provisions of this code or into a private sewer and disposal plant or septic tank system of such construction and in such manner as will present no health hazard.
(B) Each mobile home space shall be provided with a trapped sewer at least four inches in diameter, which shall be connected to receive the waste from the shower, bathtub, flush toilet, lavatory and kitchen sink of the mobile home harbored in the space and having any or all of the facilities. The trapped sewer in each space shall be connected to discharge the mobile home waste into a public sewer system in compliance with applicable provisions of this code or into a private sewer disposal plant or septic tank system of such construction and in such manner as will present no health hazard.

Metal garbage cans with tightfitting covers shall be provided in each mobile home park in quantities adequate to permit disposal of all garbage and rubbish. Garbage cans shall be located not further than 300 feet from any mobile home space. The cans shall be kept in sanitary condition at all times. Garbage and rubbish shall be collected and disposed of as frequently as may be necessary to ensure that the garbage cans shall not overflow.

(A) Generally.
(1) Every mobile home park shall be equipped at all times with fire extinguishing equipment in good working order, of such type, size and number and so located within the park as to satisfy applicable reasonable regulations of the Fire Department.
(2) No open fires shall be permitted at any place which may endanger life or property.
(3) No fires shall be left unattended at any time.
(B) Bottled gas.
(1) Bottled gas for cooking purposes shall not be used at individual mobile home spaces unless the containers are properly connected by copper or other suitable metallic tubing. Bottled gas cylinders shall be securely fastened in place.
(2) No cylinder containing bottled gas shall be located in a mobile home space or within five feet of a door thereof.
(3) State and local regulations applicable to the handling of bottled gas and fuel must be followed.

No owner or person in charge of any dog, cat or other pet animal shall permit it to run at large or commit any nuisance within the limits of any mobile home park.

All service buildings and the grounds of each mobile home park shall be maintained in a clean, sightly condition and kept free of any condition that will menace the health of any occupant or the public or constitute a nuisance. Penalty, see § 10.99

(A) It shall be the duty of each licensee or permittee under the provisions of this chapter to keep a register containing a record of all mobile home owners and occupants located within the mobile home park. The register shall contain the following information:
(1) The name and address of each mobile home occupant;
(2) The name and address of the owner of each mobile home and the motor vehicle by which it is towed;
(3) The make, model, year and license number of each mobile home and motor vehicle;
(4) The state, territory or country issuing the licenses; and
(5) The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home.
(B) The park shall keep the register available for inspection at all times by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the information contained in the register. The register record for each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of three years following the date of departure of the registrant from the park.

The licensee or permittee under the provisions of this chapter, or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker, shall be in charge at all times and shall keep the mobile home park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the licensee or permittee, for the violation of any provision of this chapter to which the licensee or permittee is subject.
