§ 119.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 119.06 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $50.
